ABOUT DR. TIFFANY ZIEGLER, DO, MSc
I am a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician with a deep commitment to whole-person, root-cause healing.
FROM EMERGENCY MEDICINE TO LONGEVITY AND WELLNESS
My Background
Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Arizona State University
Master of Science in Health Care Delivery, Arizona State University
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine
Emergency Medicine Residency, Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix at Valleywise Health Medical Center
After years in emergency medicine, I began to feel the weight of a system that often meets people at their breaking point — treating symptoms in crisis rather than preventing illness or fostering true wellness. While I was honored to care for patients in their most vulnerable moments, I longed for a deeper, more lasting kind of healing — one that didn’t end at a disposition but instead began with understanding the whole person.
That desire led me to integrative and functional medicine. I chose this path to practice medicine in a way that honors the root causes of illness, embraces the body’s innate wisdom, and centers the physician-patient partnership. It’s a model that allows me to blend my conventional medical education, emergency training with a proactive, personalized approach — helping people not just survive, but thrive. This work allows me to be the kind of doctor my mom, sisters, friends—and honestly, myself—have always looked for and never found: present, investigative, and truly invested in long-term health and vitality.
WOMEN’S CARE REIMAGINED
My Holistic Approach
My approach combines the scientific rigor of conventional medicine with evidence-based integrative practices, always honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. With training as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and continued education in functional and integrative medicine, hormone replacement therapy, mind-body medicine, and trauma-informed care, I provide women with holistic care through a broad lens that supports true, lasting health.
-
A systems-based, patient-centered approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease, rather than just managing symptoms.
-
A holistic approach to care that combines the best of conventional Western medicine with complementary therapies to treat the whole person, integrating mind, body, and spirit in healing.
-
An approach that recognizes the powerful connection between mental, emotional, and physical health. Mind-body medicine uses the nervous system’s influence on the body to help prevent and treat illness, reduce stress, and enhance resilience and self-awareness.
-
This approach emphasizes whole-person care, the body’s innate ability to heal, and the use of osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) alongside conventional medical practices.
Reimagining the Patient-Physician Relationship
A RETURN TO TRUE CARE
In today’s conventional healthcare model, meaningful time between patients and doctors has become a rarity. Visits are rushed, conversations are limited, and patients often leave feeling unheard.
I believe true healing starts with listening—and that my most valuable offering as a physician is my time. By removing the middleman, we create space for unhurried, personalized care—where we can take the time we need, every time. This model allows us to build a real partnership—one rooted in trust, respect, and the time it takes to truly heal.
