SUPPORT FOR THE SEASONS OF YOUR HEALTH
Treatment Areas
I am a generalist by nature and by training, caring for a broad range of health concerns. While I’m honored to support overall well-being and provide acute care for established patients, I find the greatest fulfillment in guiding women through the many transitions of hormonal health.
General Health & Wellness
Together we will focus on treating you as a whole person - not just your symptoms - by addressing the root causes of any dysfunction you may be experiencing. My model combines conventional medical practices with evidence-based complementary therapies emphasizing nutrition, lifestyle, mind-body connection, and true prevention. Care is personalized, collaborative, and centered on understanding your unique health history, environment, and life story to support long-term healing and optimal wellness.
Preconception & Fertility
When it comes to fertility, optimizing natural fertility can often be overlooked. Because of the time restrictions insurance puts on traditional medical providers, OB/Gyn visits can be short and focused on problem-solving rather than prevention or education — leaving little time to explore the full picture of what it truly takes to conceive. In reality, successful conception involves much more than reproductive anatomy: it includes the overall health of both partners, nutrition, lifestyle, hormone balance, and proper timing. My approach fills that gap offering the time, guidance, and whole-person care needed to support and enhance natural fertility, whether you're trying to conceive now or preparing your body for the future.
Early Pregnancy
Many women experience a gap between the time they find out they’re pregnant and their first OB visit — often not scheduled until 8 to 10 weeks. During this early and important window, they’re left with questions, uncertainty, and often turn to Google or social media for answers. I’m proud to offer early pregnancy counseling to help bridge that gap — providing evidence-based, compassionate support during the first weeks of pregnancy. Whether it's guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, symptom relief, or what to expect next, I’m here to help you care for yourself and your baby until you are able to have your first visit with your OB or midwife for traditional prenatal care.
Postpartum Recovery
The 4th trimester is a critical window for supporting a woman's physical recovery, hormonal recalibration, emotional health, and transition to motherhood; yet women often receive little structured care during this time. Personalized postpartum care can include: lab testing, targeted supplementation, whole food nutritional guidance, individualized return to activity & musculoskeletal recovery recommendations, emotional and mental health screening and support, sleep and energy optimization, and breastfeeding/lactation support. I am a strong advocate for pelvic floor physical therapy (both prenatal and postpartum!) and happy to provide referrals.
Pre-, Peri-, & Post Menopause
Women — especially those in the pre-, peri-, and postmenopausal stages — are far too often dismissed when they present with symptoms that are, in reality, driven by significant hormonal fluctuations and eventually depletion. These changes are real, impactful, and deserving of serious, evidence-based medical care. Hormonal health in women must be prioritized with the same urgency and respect that is often afforded to men. This isn’t just about symptom relief — it’s about supporting sexual wellness, bone density, cardiovascular health, cognitive function, and infection prevention. Thoughtful, personalized hormone care is essential to thriving through every stage of womanhood.
