We offer a self-pay model designed to give you flexibility and transparency. All care begins with a comprehensive intake visit, where we’ll take time to understand your full health picture and create a personalized evaluation and treatment plan.

THE INITIAL CONSULT

Includes:

  • In-depth laboratory evaluation of over 75 different health biomarkers to give us insight into your body’s metabolic, hormonal, nutritional, stress recovery, and detoxification functions.

  • Comprehensive intake visit where we’ll take time to understand your full health picture through interview, physical examination, and laboratory review, identifying potential dysfunctions and their underlying root cause(s).

  • Creation of a personalized health optimization plan, with after visit summary and instructions containing detailed information on recommended lifestyle modifications (nutrition, activity, sleep, stress management), supplements, and prescription medications.

FAQs

  • All services are self-pay (cash/credit). Superbills can be provided upon request to help you seek reimbursement through your HSA or FSA.

  • Yes, after your initial consult we will provide information on our signature package offerings. These range from basic health optimization and coaching to intensive concierge packages.

  • Yes - because Solina covers the cost of your labs, medications, and health optimization program creation, all appointment and package fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

  • Patients in our concierge-tier packages are able to book an appointment or message via their secure health portal with any concerns, including to address any acute illness or symptoms.

  • Patients in our concierge-tier packages have access to in-home and after-hours visits.

  • We are unable to offer cancellations or refunds for missed appointments. This is due to the nature of our practice, as your fees cover labs, customized plan creation, personalized educational content, and other services that will have already been provided prior to the missed appointment. We are however happy to offer the flexibility of rescheduling to meet your needs, even with limited notice.
