We offer a self-pay model designed to give you flexibility and transparency. All care begins with a 90-minute comprehensive intake visit, where we’ll take time to understand your full health picture and create a personalized evaluation and treatment plan. From there, follow-up care is billed at standard rates. Please inquire via email or the contact form for pricing.

INITIAL CONSULT
90-minute visit
All care begins with a comprehensive intake visit, where we’ll take time to understand your full health picture and create a personalized evaluation and treatment plan.
IN-PERSON FOLLOW UP
60-minute visit
These follow-up visits allow us to check in on your progress, adjust your treatment plan, and address ongoing concerns—whether we’re reviewing labs, fine-tuning medications, or supporting new goals.
TELE-HEALTH FOLLOW UP
30-60 minute visits
Designed for focused follow-ups, these virtual visits are ideal for quick questions, reviewing lab results, or checking in on how your treatment plan is working.

All services are self-pay (cash/credit). Superbills can be provided upon request to help you seek reimbursement through your HSA or FSA.

Signature programs focused on hormonal balance, gut health, whole-person wellness, and more are coming soon. Personalized concierge packages are also available upon request.

Yes, appointment fees are due at the time of booking.

Yes, established patients are welcome to book an appointment with any concern, including to address any acute illness or symptoms. Limited in-office diagnostic testing and therapeutics are available.

In-home and after-hours visits are considered on a case-by-case basis and may include additional fees.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the full appointment cost. No-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full appointment cost.
